Circular Economy

A systemic approach to economic development designed to benefit businesses, society, and the environment. There are three principles that a circular economy is based on:

  1. design out waste and pollution,
  2. keep products and materials in use, and
  3. regenerate natural systems.

Rethinking and redesigning the way products are made can help build a restorative economy that builds long-term resilience, generates business and economic opportunities, and provides environmental and societal benefits.
