Plant Based Products Council Announces Additional Panels for Upcoming Conference

Washington, D.C. – Today, the Plant Based Products Council (PBPC) announced two additional panels for PBPC 2024: Circular Solutions, which will take place Apr. 8-10 in Omaha, NE. The panels are titled Grower Perspectives: Plant-based Products and Rural America and How They Built It: Local Biomanufacturing Hubs. These panels are in addition to Feedstock Diversity: Innovating the Future of Plant-Based Products and Beyond Functionality: Exploring the World of Durable Bioproducts, which were announced in December.

The panels will cover:

  • Grower Perspectives: Plant-Based Products and Rural America 
    Hear firsthand from farmers on how they are implementing sustainable practices at the farm-level to produce a range of agriculture feedstocks. Discover how growing demand for these plant-based products delivers value back to farms and advances the sustainability goals of producers and consumers. Speakers to be announced.
  • How They Built It: Local Biomanufacturing Hubs
    Discover how states are prompting investments in biobased products and biomanufacturing. Speakers will delve into the vital partnerships and infrastructure required to create an environment that enables biomanufacturing investment.   • Feedstock Diversity: Innovating the Future of Plant-Based Products 
    Explore the diverse feedstocks driving innovation in plant-based products.
