WASHINGTON, DC— Last week, the Plant Based Products Council (PBPC) welcomed three new board members who will support the organization in enhancing public awareness of plant-based products, advocating for policy changes that encourage the development of renewable products, and building collaborative efforts between business, government, and NGOs toward a circular economy.

“We are pleased to welcome Alex Buck of Iowa Corn, Doug Kunnemann of NatureWorks, and Frank Schuster of Smile Beverage Werks to our Board,” said Jessica Bowman, PBPC’s Executive Director. “We believe it is important that our board reflects the numerous and varied voices across our value chain.
