Gunnar Griggs‑Bell

MANAGER OF GOVERNMENT RELATIONS 

Gunnar Griggs‑Bell is Manager of Government Relations for the Plant Based Products Council, supporting PBPC’s mission to advance public policies that promote plant-based products and materials.

Gunnar works collaboratively across teams to track policy developments, prepare advocacy materials, and engage with congressional offices, federal agencies, and coalition partners. He also supports member communications and committee activities, helping ensure coordinated and effective advocacy.

Gunnar brings experience from Capitol Hill and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, where he supported policy research, stakeholder engagement, and legislative outreach. He is pursuing a Master of Public Service & Administration at Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government and Public Service and earned his bachelor’s degree in agricultural communications and political science from Texas Tech University.
