PROJECT COORDINATOR

Michael Lockfeld is PBPC’s Project Coordinator. In this position, he administers key programs for the council. Michael is also responsible for maintaining office operations through administrative and managerial support.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and French and francophone studies and a Master of Public Administration degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.

While completing his education, Michael served as a Project Consultant for the U.S. Department of Justice, International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program. In this role, he focused on process improvement by developing a structured onboarding training program for program officers.

Also during his time at Maxwell, Michael worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for the Moynihan Institute of Global Affairs focusing on international security developments. He has experience working across the nonprofit, legislative, and international organization sectors.

In his free time, Michael loves traveling and has been to over 13 countries and plans to increase that number soon.
